LWIP v1.10 released

The v1.10 release of the LPC LWIP port has been released and is available here: http://www.lpcware.com/content/nxpfile/lwip-lpc-port-file-v110
This updates includes support for the LCP18xx/43xx EMAC and various updates to the LPC17xx EMAC driver.
FreeRTOS integration and examples are also provided.

Issues: No support for IAR or GNU (sorry!), hardware support for LPC43xx IP/TCP/UDP checksums not yet enabled

The port is based on the CMSIS ports, go to the project pages for more information on the port and installation/setup instructions.

LWIP LPC port files release

The v0.80 version of the LPC port files for LWIP have been release. This version supports standalone applications using the raw API on the Embedded Artists EA1788 board. PHY link monitoring and zero-copy buffer support are included.

Cortex-M0 MCUs first to include LCD drivers

Said to be the first Cortex M0 base MCUs to have LCD display drivers, the LPC11D00 and LPC12D00 series have a two chip package with a full PCF8576D LCD driver. They can drive displays with up to four backplanes and 40 segments, and can be cascaded with multiple segment LCD drivers to accommodate up to 2560 segments.



lpc177x_8x u-boot released

The 2011.06 version of u-boot has been released for the LPC177x and LPC178x devices. The initial release includes support for the Embedded Artists LPC1788 based board, but should be easily portable to other boards.
