Some areas of the website (ie, forums, blogs) allow content to have an image attached to the post. To attach an image to a post, locate the "Attached images" block in the post creation form. If you want to post an existing image - one that's already been posted to the website - you can just select it from the list if available image. Optionally, you can upload your own image with an optional title of the image. If a title isn't given, the title will have the same name as the filename.
Each post has a limited number of images that can be posted with a limited resolution and file size. Any image that is posted will be publicly viewable and re-available for post in other content via the existing image list. The image shows the image attach section of the post creation page
